WeCARE eLearning is designed to
- Help people to identify someone who is struggling
- Know how to ask RUOK with empathy
- Guide people to the help they need
- Improve workplace mental health
WeCARE is an award winning eLearning campaign designed to be implemented across your entire organisation. It takes a local leader led approach through WeCARE Manager, providing mental health training for all your managers. The camapign supports all staff with WeCARE to improve workplace mental health, enabling team members to show they care and know how to approach and support their colleagues.
It begins with WeCARE Manager, a 50 minute elearning module, packed with many resources, followed by a 12 week program (a two minute ‘nudge’ video is released each week), with practical steps managers can take to build more caring and stronger teams.
This is amplified through our mental health training for all; a 20-minute WeCARE eLearning course for all staff, providing job aids such as help sheets, guidebooks, posters, the moodometer and wallet cards.

Need more custom?
To make the most from our WeCARE products, you can customise them to connect your employees to all your mental health resources, such as Employee Assistance Programs, Manager Assist, Mental Health First Aid training, including white labeling and industry specific content.

“We found the content to be high quality and engaging, with best practice advice. I recommend absolutely everyone to complete this fantastic course, because it is suitable for both professional and personal settings.”

Mental Health First Aid training, EAP, internal help lines and initatives around Diversity and Inclusion, Bullying and Harrassment, Responding to Psychosocial Risk and Injuries, all play an important role in keeping our people safe. In their own way, each of these programs and support services aim to improve psychosocial health and safety. But organisations often struggle to connect the dots for their people. Our WeCARE programs make the connection. We improve workplace mental health by bringing it all together, connecting your other programs and resources to provide practical steps we all can take.
WeCARE eLearning can plug into your organisation’s existing Learning Management System (LMS) or you can use our own online portal which can be easily viewed on a phone, tablet or laptop.
The WeCARE program follows the ICARE framework
- Guidance on how to find a mental health savvy GP, prepare for a mental health discussion, and to see a psychologist.
- Encouraging the manager through mental health training for managers and teammates to stay in contact with the distressed employee
- Provide critical strategies such as regular exercise, staying connected and amplify your other programs, such as mental health first aid training.
We have developed a lot of resources to help you support your whole organisation, wherever they are, all year, from digital, to print, to job aids.

The WeCARE learning methodology
The Ebbinghaus forgetting curve reveals that we forget 75% of what we learn in one week unless it is reinforced with ongoing reminders.
WeCARE provides a spaced learning approach. By connecting learners to practical content, led by local leaders, accessible from any device, support given in print and digital form, and reminders used, over time, spaced learning enhances recall (Journal of Neuroscience 3 July 2019, Spaced Learning Enhances Episodic Memory by Increasing Neural Pattern Similarity Across Repetitions).
The WeCARE learning campaign provides you and your people the know how to improve workplace mental health. We build your people’s confidence to support a teammate in distress and stop little problems getting bigger.

We have been recognised by our industry and partners.
